FTP files in personal or anonymous disk areas
email text and/or attached files

Midnight Siren.com, as a general rule, will not examine personal directory contents. If, however, Midnight Siren.com is made aware in any manner of content that the Midnight Siren.com administration deems, in its sole discretion, to be unacceptable, Midnight Siren.com retains the right to remove or deny access to such content.

The following types of content, in either visual graphic, auditory, or text descriptive, are prohibited on Midnight Siren.com systems or through any of its associations via website links:

Indecent
Obscene
Cursing
Spamming (excessive, unsolicited, mass emailings)
Violence
Slanderous
Libelous
Threatening or otherwise harassing
Copying or reproduction of any content without written permission from Midnight Siren.com  and Art to Life Productions Copyrighted without owners permission In violation of any state or federal law.

In addition, any activity intended to disrupt any parties' use or enjoyment of the
Midnight Siren.com service is unacceptable. 
Any client information given to Midnight Siren will not be sold or shared at any time for any reason.
